Cheap UK & EU pallet delivery
Parcelhero offers low-cost UK and European pallet delivery, through leading hauliers. You don’t need an account to ship with us and our booking process is quick and easy. We offer tail-lift vehicle collection for pallets up to 1,000 kg, and both next day express and economy delivery options to suit every budget.
Our pallet services
We offer a range of pallet services through leading hauliers, including DHL Freight, FedEx, and UPS Supply Chain solutions. For UK domestic deliveries we offer both next day and 2-3 day services, whilst for EU delivery we offer 2-6 day economy pallet delivery. If you’re sending outside the EU, we also provide 3-8 day worldwide air-freight quotes.

We can ship all size of pallets, here are the max size and weight restrictions for each pallet category:

Pallet prices
Whether you’re sending a quarter, half or full standard pallet, or a euro pallet, all you need to do is enter its dimensions when getting your quote. You can then compare a range of freight services instantly. Our prices include all applicable surcharges, so there are no nasty surprises. For some destinations we also offer premium pre 9am, 10 and 12pm delivery options. We also offer pallet protection cover up to €20,000 per consignment if you need to protect high value items during transportation.
Pallet collection
You need to book the day before pickup. All collection vehicles have tail-lifts, but if you also require the freight transport to carry a pump truck for loading or unloading, please contact us before booking.
Freight delivery
Deliveries are only made on working days. If you need the delivery to be booked-in prior to its arrival, please contact the delivering haulier after booking. Signatures are always obtained for pallet deliveries.
Preparing your pallet for shipping
Preparing your goods for safe transportation is essential, as they may be subject to bad weather, vibrations and impact when loaded and unloaded. Most hauliers assume your pallet is ‘stackable’, which means other goods can be safely placed on top of it during transit. If you need a non-stackable pallet service, please contact us prior to booking.

How not to pack a palette
The more protection you can give it the better - whether that’s bubble wrap, extra corner supports or protection on top. Always make sure the pallet is stable and the weight is equally distributed. If the weight is unbalanced, this can cause the pallet to topple over.
